We’ll arrange a time to meet (in person or over the phone) for a no-obligation consultation. This is where we get to know you—your goals, support needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
Based on your needs and goals, we’ll create a customised support plan outlining the services we’ll provide. Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll formalise it with a Service Agreement, clearly explaining what you can expect from us.
